(100% grassfed, raised from birth on our farm, without drugs or hormones):

Whole (about 600 lb):

$3.25/lb
Half: (about 300 lb)
$3.35/lb
Quarter (Split half, about 150 lb):
$3.55/lb
Plus, the butcher costs add about another $0.60/lb.
All weights are based on hanging weights. Take home weights are about 28% less.
Available late June.

Pork

(heritage breed, raised in acorn woods, fed whey, milk, eggs and grains, without drugs or hormones):

Whole (about 225 lb):

$3.25/lb
Half (about 115 lb):
$3.50/lb
Curing is $0.75/lb extra for ham and bacon.
Plus, the butcher costs add about another $0.60/lb.
All weights are based on hanging weights. Take home weights are about 20% less.
Available periodically throughout the year.
